Of course, the virus has put a damper on attending in person and now it is difficult to meet investors face-to-face who can help you.I've always been a believer that door-to-door farming your neighborhood is the best way to get started.

After Covid, I had 2 just quit for fear of catching the virus.

I am surprised that we seem to be in the minority in having our STR rentals adversely affected by the virus.  

Is it be in a growth area, a good school system,  in a low crime area, nearby amenities, its' ability to be used as a new virus change that is allowing for office or exercising. 

I suspect the virus really isn't the issue and it's more of "we can get away with not paying rent".

Not sure I understand the mask thing.... seems dumb to potentially expose yourself to a potentially fatal virus just to look tough or so you can be part of your tribe....
