I have done a flip in the East English Village, to try the market, and just listed the pty.I am currently looking for a team to work with me,  pointing me in the right direction (as I'm not a local and my knowledge of the area is limited) and start doing serious buy and hold investments in Detroit.Interviewing agents and brokers is proving challenging, but I will keep trying until I find the right team for me.If you have any recommendation, it will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Tison, We have used Zillow before and we were a premier Agent but we stopped.  

I landed 5 days ago.My strategy is to buy distressed properties in good neighborhoods, like Boston Edison, Virginia Park, La Salle Gardens, Rosedale Park, English Village and perhaps also in up and coming areas like the North End.

I sometimes get an email through the platform asking for information like how far is the boat ramp, where can I rent a boat etc.I can see their number at the inquiry stage as a premier partner.

I came across a property in East English Village from the Detroit Land Bank, and I purchased it in June.

Just use plain English to state whatever you guys agree to....he eats it all, you eat it all, you split it, whatever.
