As a wholesaler It wont hurt to get the property under contract (below market value, of course.) you've encourage me, Thank you!

I'm encouraging him to save his entire paycheck (since all basic needs are paid for) so he can invest in real estate later. 

I appreciate the encouragement I've never been a quitter and I don't plan to ever be one.

Also, always change your unit's HVAC filters or you be going through heat exchangers, evaporator coils, and compressors more often.
