Gutted the kitchen, Gutted both bathrooms, Replaced electric panel, A/C, all new flooring - vinyl in the bathrooms, laminate in the kitchen, living room and dining room, carpet in the bedrooms and all of the 2nd floor, carpet squares in the basement.

Here in MN, we got told everything was a-ok with shutting down restaurant's because they could do out-door dining, in the middle of winter, with feet of snow and below freezing temps, that genius from the Governor of the state, and he probably sat back patting himself on the back thinking "well I fixed that problem".

They have figured out they dont need the dining area to make money and now they dont have to have double crew for cleaning the floors several times daily and then the vomit in the bathrooms on Saturday night anymore.
