Gutted the kitchen, Gutted both bathrooms, Replaced electric panel, A/C, all new flooring - vinyl in the bathrooms, laminate in the kitchen, living room and dining room, carpet in the bedrooms and all of the 2nd floor, carpet squares in the basement.

We recently closed off one doorway in an old dining room but now I'm wondering if we should have pulled a permit to do this? 

A coffee/tea tray in the kitchen nook with cups and pretty napkins will warm the space, as well as setting a dining table.

There is a huge, ginormous Ralph's (grocery store) to make student's eating and living lives easier, plus within and around campus are tons of eateries and student dining options.

Here in MN, we got told everything was a-ok with shutting down restaurant's because they could do out-door dining, in the middle of winter, with feet of snow and below freezing temps, that genius from the Governor of the state, and he probably sat back patting himself on the back thinking "well I fixed that problem".

They have figured out they dont need the dining area to make money and now they dont have to have double crew for cleaning the floors several times daily and then the vomit in the bathrooms on Saturday night anymore.

So far I will be doing - recessed lighting in all areas except maybe a dining room chandelier. - waterfall shower heads- upgraded tile in smaller bathrooms. - tile shower in master instead of an insert- vinyl floors throughout except bathroomWhat other things are good to consider???
