I don't personally own anything on Air BnB but we had an interesting experience in one not too long ago.

Is it a place where people are making very little money and have none left over, or is it a place where there are open air drug deals during the day and cars broken into every night? 

I've removed a fair amount of garbage myself over the years...haha.And @Chris Emmanuel I would look to work for a broker who supports dual career (part time) agents, because you don't want too much pressure to meet sales activities and goals when you are trying to devote most of your time to your own investing.

If I were asking you in person, I would have physically air-quoted the word indicators lol.

Built in 1950, it has a new roof, new heating and air, all new electric and other than that the rest of it looks original and beat up.

Hello,I recently had an air conditioning unit go out in a duplex located in Parma, Ohio (Near Broadview Rd).

Under complete duress, the owners put in a new but cheap air conditioning unit in 2017  and they have been told several times, a new furnace is in order.

Eventually you have to go up in the air. 

Small cottage, 598 sqft, getting it for $63,500 (was listed at $72,500) with seller replacing the whole A/C system (compressor, condenser, air handler, furnace, heat pump) and him paying all my closing cost.

I'm looking for buy and hold multi-families, but down here I might be more interested in Air BNB rentals.
