Leveraged interest income is still subject to UDFI.Either way, kind of out of the context of why I hopped into this thread, which was to clarify that there is no distinction between an IRA or 401(k) with respect to the receipt of debt-financed income in the note space.Debt-financed income to a tax exempt creates UDFI exposure, with the sole exception being debt-financed income to a 401(k) when the debt is used to acquire real property.

In fact, it gave me the distinct impression that I may never get a deal funded and that it was a SCAM to get my upfront payment (maybe not, but that is the impression I got) - and one of my favorite quotes is "Just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get me!"

Why not create two separate personas, using a slight change in your name, and create two separate and distinct home pages.Btw, I believe that LinkedIn provides a gold mine of leads once you get into larger transaction types.Good luck!
