First off, it is extremely difficult in today’s market to find any “deal” that matches up to his criteria, but in my mind I had actually found one.

Because it’s to difficult and time consuming to obtain, and when you do it’s just as likely to be false, or incomplete.

Lake Geneva has a license requirement for Airbnbs which will make it difficult to skate under the radar.
