I read Rich Dad Poor Dad after I graduated college... three years ago.

I started reading from real estate books (Rich Dad, Poor Dad, etc), but honestly couldn't focus enough with all that was going on and decided to focus on my health.  

Just another "tax" aimed to get money from the "rich real estate investor" when in reality it will simply hurt the renters. 

So many " investors " fail due to being lazy and not getting a base education in the subject but rely on the SALES PACKAGES to make you rich.

@Rich Rodman I don't think these things are worth fixing.

But they can be a great option that provides in many cases a much superior return to the cash thrown off in appreciation rich/cash flow poor areas like SF Bay.

Getting "free rent" will not make you rich.

That's when I downloaded Audible and my first audiobook purchase, Rich Dad Poor Dad. 

Through all of the podcast I have been listening to, I figured it would only be right to read "Rich Dad Poor Dad".
