Generally speaking, I have not seen underwriters look too deep into occupancy concerns related to second home vs investment property since Fannie/Freddie installed new LLPAs a couple years ago that make the pricing for each aligned in most cases.

Fairmount is a newer entity which is a little concerning.

This is a real concern, especially in competitive markets.

I just am concerned if the regulations change, and if you are trying to b build a business, and you do not own the asset, then you can lose your whole model.

Also lot of insurance companies to give new quote asking for proof of new roof replacement otherwise not giving quote which concerns me as my roofs are very old replaced by previous owner or original roofs. 

In Florida, two roaches are nothing to be concerned with.

The most concerning is the stuff that is beyond anyone's control or even due to the lack of judgement or intelligence by a guest.

The inability to scope the sewer line is concerning, as you mentioned, there could be blockages or other issues that need attention.
