So I've decided to create a book featuring 20 interviews with successful investors, and will offer them both an e-book and audio recordings. 

So basically, I took it upon myself to listen to BP podcasts, ebooks, reading forums, researching the market in the areas we are interested in, reading landlord/tenant laws, looking through MLS, talking to agents.

Rod Khlief has a good ebook and I'd also recommend "Big Money from Small Apartments" by Lance Edwards.

Like that lady who had millions in sales selling $39 ebook on how to lose weight.

To cut your own aggravation over dealing with a teen,you might want to think about having a carrot and a road map to increase the likely hood he will follow through and that you won't have to nag him to follow through.The carrot, maybe something he likes, or thinks is adult-like, such an afternoon at the driving range and lunch out somewhere he chooses for the two of you.The road map, a (short) bulleted list of say 3 books (maybe eBooks he can read on his phone)A test to ensure he has read them by pretending you have not read them yet, and have him "Teach You" what was in the books before he can earn the carrots.And if it were me I'd start with Rich Dad Poor Dad as number 1.Good Luck!

I’ve put together a small e-book on this very topic.

I have some but they're kindle version and don't think I can share those...I'd seriously check out the library and see what they have... also, ebooks are usually relatively cheap compared to the value they provide (often times under $10)

After doing my due diligence by reading REI eBooks, listening to REI podcasts, and watching as many real estate videos I could find in the month of January, I'm looking for anyone within the field of real estate/ real estate investing who I can network, and partner with, but also learn from.
