Yeah my business partner and are in disagreement on putting down a interlocking Vinyl plank floor or ceramic tile.

What is the best way to transition the out side corner for this tub wall.1. the transition from tile to sheetshock.2.

Instead of a tub insert, do a tile surround (the price difference is a couple hundred bucks.)

I’m doing the interior framing, flooring, tiling, painting and kitchen and bathroom rehab etc.

In the listing photos, there are obvious holes in some ceilings/walls, and even walls that are fully intact look pretty rough.Flooring: I'm assuming laminate flooring in most of the house, but tile in the bathrooms.Windows: I don't have a precise window count because there are no full pictures of the back of the property.

You can buy things in bulk to replace for multiple units such as tiles.

@Travis HeppeI would always suggest putting money in your kitchen and bathroom finishes such as tile and maybe solid surface counters instead of laminate.
