Bathroom Tile outside corner transition help

What is the best way to transition the out side corner for this tub wall.

1. the transition from tile to sheetshock.

2. The transition of the tile that will butt up to tub. 

Thinking about using a half inch corner. The only thing is I think I will have to remud the face of wall to fill gap?

I like the alum corner you have. You could also go with a corner piece if the tile you are using has them. That or end with a bullnose and grout the end. I feel the last option is most likely to look poor.
