Is there anyone that can recommend a "system" for sourcing deals, skipping, contracting and marketing campaign in one place?

dami use it for investing but most use it for their other businesses. what I like about it is you can create campaigns pretty easily and tag people to be part of those campaigns.for example for kitchen and bath remodeling you can have newsletter to people about your projects and as people sign up they are automatically added.

For this reason, I am planning my first direct mail marketing campaign.
