Either my calculations are wrong, or the numbers on Redfin are wrong ( I am very suspicious of the home insurance that they show on the website), or I am in the wrong market.

BiggerPockets also has a calculator to analyze deals, and I highly recommend you start this as soon as possible, even if you are not ready to buy.
