For example do you have a US based credit card, any type of USA loans you are paying, like car note, cell phone bills, electric bills?

For bills and other expenses I charge them all to a credit card that has good reward points. 

Pay more for something that is closer to rent ready so you don't get hit with big bills later.I hope that helps.

If I am not mistaken I saw it posted on Bill Faeth's Build STR Wealth facebook group about a week ago.  

Is there a number of times I repair it and then increase the rent a specific amount to cover the repair bills.

STR's are uncertain due to the term length, one month you can make all the money in the world, and the next you could be paying for those bills out of pocket, so it would have to be strategically operated, but at the same time they can be a fantastic source of income!
