I am a licensed real estate agent and a aspiring real estate investor in the Athens, GA area. 

Currently, my focus is in assigning contracts/wholesaling and I aspire to do that as leverage for other future goals, like buying duplexes/multiplexes etc. 

Prospects are drying up across the country, but there are sooooo many aspiring wholesalers willing to pay for advice that, while useful when homeowners couldn't ditch their houses fast enough several years ago, might not apply today.
