I'm 25 and have very little to no knowledge on how to break into Real Estate. Owning, buying, and selling real estate has always been a dream of mine,     but I've only thought that being a real estate agent was the way to do it. Until a recent search on Google brought me to Brandon Turners blog posts. I was very excited to learn that becoming an agent wasn't something to do to become a successful investor (At this point feeling pretty dumb).

I decide to become a Bigger Pockets Member because I feel that this is where I need to be to accomplish my goals and aspirations. I'm coming here with an open mind to learn as much as possible from anyone and everyone willing to lend their advice to me!

My Short term goal is to buy my first house or duplex with an FHA loan.

My long term goal is to be a successful real estate investor, with a decent sized home, living comfortable with my family.

The motivation is there but the know-how is building. Thanks in advanced for your time!
