I want to begin by saying that I do not recommend just ANYONE doing this, and my story is based in Florida and what we are able to do here....with that said, here's how our deal went down.I was contacted by a seller who wanted to get rid of his house and not deal with Realtors, staging, showings, repairs, etc.  

Our solution combines real estate data with the power of AI to help users analyze their deals faster and with more confidence to make better decisions and in turn buy better deals.We're in the early stages and would love to hear from you from an investor's perspective as you hunt for deals.

I am in the final stages of a VA assumption, that was gifted to me by a family member with all its equity.

We just tested them out on a couple projects we are doing and they are both in the final stages of completion now. 

It's usually confidence that brings someone to the ready stage and that usually comes from connecting with a lot of other investors who are doing what you want to do.

Its even more imperative today, especially as I'm in the infancy stage of a new business  which is very stressful at times.So overall I would strongly encourage working out coupled with a healthy  and you will be able to enjoy the fruits of you labor longer.
