I make a good salary as an architect designing large apartment complexes for national developers.

Hello,I'm a licensed architect that has recently made the switch to working for a GC.

Lafities is mostly higher end stuff and has pretty ridiculous HOA fees (3 different HOA's and they require $6,500 to have a 3rd party architect to review your bluprints).

Also when it comes time for the shipping container play - I’ve done a lot of research - not to mention my architect was the head designer at one of the largest container companies in Florida.
