Has anybody found a great app or website to track their rentals (accounting) using an IPad?

Fred, "Thumbtack" is an app I used on my first deal and have recommended to people where you can post what you need done and local people bid on the job.

I use google drive, google sheets for accounting, and an amazing app called cam scanner to collect receipts and scan other documents that I can upload into google drive.

I have downloaded the Meetup app and will be trying to make it out to the local events some time soon.

@Joseph Parker I use several different types of mortgage calculators but Karl's Mortgage Calculator is a free app you can put on your phone and it's super useful for this type of thing. 

Depending on how you plan to allocate your overhead (for instance- if hours are you main cost driver), you may want to integrate with some other apps on the platform.You may want to speak to an accountant that has worked with implementing these types of systems (apps + job/project costing + class tracking) as they could help point you in the right direction. 

Also you could just check out an app like Venmo.

Apps on your phone, spreadsheets, etc.
