The usual process is an initial application to amend the Zoning Code.

The title company is Title 365.The document just discusses title insurance, an amended commitment, deed information and certificate of liability insurance. 

The ethical side is fair pricing for services rendered, it is covered under the Fair Trades Act as amended, gouging is usually associated with jacking up gas prices or selling generators at 4 times their value after a hurricane, but it also applies to general business conduct.

@Cara Abbaticchio, It might be a good idea to just amend the current lease.

Typically the procedure is LOI, proof of funds, PSA, review DD, amend PSA, financing/title, close.

@Chris Levarek - I’ve had the SEC 8 voucher holder pass away (although never shot), and SEC 8 passed their voucher to another person in the family and the lease stayed in tact except for an amendment to substitute the lease holder.

Plus, they may begin to believe that the policy set forth is amendable and you are not serious about the expectations.

We could do an amendment to current lease and fix the term.

(Assuming they even would entertain the idea of contract modifications and amendments.
