I dont know why someone would pay over $600,000 because theyre going to be in adult diapers by the time it's paid off, and thats assuming they negotiate the price down to $2,000,000.

I feel that 4 or 6 adults with kids is a lot for the home.

For married couples or multiple adults that will be renting, I get separate e-mail addresses for each adult, then send each of them links for the application.

Though it can be a way to generate high income levels, you must realize that when you increase the number of adults in a property, over having an average family with kids, those adults each bring friends by, increasing wear and tear on property, etc.
