I admire your worthy goals.

That's a fine & admirable goal, but it isn't quantifiable.

I admire your courage, Troy... i'm finding myself a bit paralyzed by the need to "do my homework" and get a full team put together before doing my first deal.  

I find your drive admirable, and I´m sure that you will reach your goals, but can I ask: why have you found it more interesting to focus on wholesaling, rather than acting an as a licensed agent (correct me if I´ve come to the wrong conclusion)?

Some will say on this board that financing is evil and prefer to pay everything cash which is admirable, but depending on your goals and time lines, financing can be used in good ways, there is good debt!

He spent it just as admirably, building the local libraries in the area (and giving them to their respective counties), awarding endowments for residential building construction studies, things like that.

While I admire your goal of rehoming or fostering your pets, you may need to take them to the humane society or ASPCA. 

haha  Well, I can afford it and I have admired Justin from a far the past few years and would love to work with him :)Hopefully for these reasons my chances of success will be a lot higher this time around!

I have respect for all of you successful investors on this sight, I really admire what you guys do, but this is just a point of view coming from somebody with far less experience.
