So I decided to go to my listing every day and change little things (upload a new picture, switch the order of the pictures, change the title of the property, add more or different info in the about section and edit price) The next day, we went from 0 bookings in January to 71% occupancy!  

I've been going about as long as you have and things are starting to come together and happen for me here in Sacramento.

It also helps to show them the amount of interest they can get when they add up 30 years of payments (compared to the sales price). 

The pay isn't bad but its a tight budget.  

This is a question that has come up a million times and will continue coming up forever in Chicago unless eventually things change one way or another.
