Hi everyone, my name Birhanu and newbie investor from Lynnwood, wa.I just bought my first investment properties  (4 plex  ) few months ago in Tavoma and looking for my second one.I am in to mix of multifamily and single family in less expensive area,,,mostly Tacoma/spanaway/Lakewood area.Hope to learn a lot from BP community.

I'd do some digging on what REI events are happening locally and network with the movers and shakers as there may be some opportunity in your local market.  

I'm about to close my first property , is  a 4-plex in Tacoma/puyallup area.

I know a good PM in Tacoma and one in Seattle as well. 

I was stationed at McChord AFB outside of Tacoma, WA for 6 years, and moved back home to Idaho in 2006.  

I’m in the Tacoma, WA area.

Who lives in the Seattle Tacoma area and can point me towards the best bank or Credit Union.

For example, do you think a typical income for an agent in Tacoma, Washington or Ann Arbor, Michigan will be proportionally higher than an agent in Missoula, MT, in regards to population size (for this discussion’s purposes the benchmark was an annual income of $48k and up)?  

Are you only flipping locally in Tacoma?
