Hey I’m new and trying to get started flipping homes. Specifically rehabs. Looking for funding, hard money loans or private lenders. Is there anybody can recommend? Who did you use for your first private lender? Thanks. I’m in the Tacoma, WA area. Thanks for all the help and responses.
