Just south of the Paseo in the Shadow Mountain neighborhood, there are some great MCM and Spanish homes on nice sized lots.In Palm Springs, you want to stay away from the typical 3/2s as there is an overabundance of these available for rent so 2/2s and 4/3s, etc are your best bet.

What does creating agent-investor synergy mean to you and what does it look like?

Lets face it , chances of home prices dropping in the U.S are slim to none, anyone here planning to invest in real estate in other countries where homes are way cheaper than the U.S, in some countries you can by a mini mansion in good neighborhood for what you can buy a studio or apartment here, I speak fluent spanish so im looking at places like SA, Bolivia is on my top list. 

Not sure, but the transition would be a major project and I don't see the synergies.

Myself I am Spanish and I been in Gabon (Africa) since 2013.I am a general contractor and I have also started a multifamily rental project.What I can tell you about here is that if the country is a commodities producer, when commodities are low it is slow, but when commodities are high (like now with oild at 100 USD/barrel) things are very hot.

Cambodia is the only exception of but maybe the Philippines is too given that it was a Spanish and US colony before.Sadly, there's no comprehensive resource I could point you to.
