Looking for feedback on property management software
We self-manage 55 units that we own and are looking to expand. However, we use multiple ways to collect rent, e-sign leases, send applications, record payments. We are wanting something that it can all be done through 1 service. So, we don't have to keep consolidating everything each month. There are a bunch of programs available once we start checking. Would anyone be willing to give me some feedback on what company you are using, and do you like it. Just trying to save a little time from demoing them all and the setup time. Thanks in advance for any help.

Try Buildium, pretty inexpensive and easy to use.
