Direct mail and online marketing (PPC and SEO) are how I've picked up 95% of all my deals this year. 

Either you guys do an amazing job at SEO or this community is something I truly need to be a part of.So I'm here.

I've also used some big brand SEO & SEM tools (not just Google Keyword Planner) to preform keyword research/analysis/organization.

Once you get the basics of marketing down explore more advanced methods, Facebook ads, Adwords, website SEO and on and on. 

Finding deals -- again forums and online...happy to share our two cents over the phone -- online SEO, PPC, offline mailers, etc.Look forward to connecting.

i'm the classic over analyzer, over researcher, over thinker, but i decided to start taking action by getting pre qualified, connecting with a real estate agent, looking at mls listings, and driving around to check the properties that interest me. my goal is to flip with my exit strategy being buy and hold as a rental. i work a full time job in the city as a digital marketer (think seo, sem/paid search, programmatic display, paid social media leveraging a dmp and liveramp). i'm hoping real estate could be an interesting "hobby".  

you should talk  with @Colin Zhuthese stories get more bizarre as the lid is blown off of this company and the ability they had to manipulate SEO and u tube etc. 

For example SEO optomization and Adwords spending for deal identifaction.
