@Shanae Williams - Taking pictures of abandoned homes works well in areas like Berkley, Royal Oak, Warren, etc.. but you could be doing a lot of research and leg work for small amount of leads.

Reuben Royal I haven't read the book but and I'm certainly no expert but yes I do believe that's the concept I have in mind.

Bottom line, in this market, your just going to kiss a lot of toads to find your fairy princess.

Glue down is a royal PITA when you need to take it up.
