We've made plenty of mistakes along the way given the nature of development and mixing that with hundreds of hands that become a part of the process with construction but reality is....at some point every piece of real estate was a construction project at one point.  

I THINK adding yourself to the title is the biggest tax mistake possible.

100% a mistake, although some houses can be ugly, it sometimes doesn't cost as much as investors think to make a place look pretty.

I already got my first property under contract after only 5 days of calling but as I am looking more into it I think I may have made a few mistakes.

I tend to make more money fixing  mistakes, but lose out on the initial formations.

That is the issue, I did not feel that I was provided enough specific details, so that is why I was reaching out on this forum to see if anyone has had any direct investor experience with them or any other operator who has deals that are not working out as planned so that perhaps we can learn from whatever mistakes may have been made. 

I believe this is a huge mistake.
