I dont think people would think you were crazy at all...Thats IN right now... and I personally have 3 close friends that are building or have already built tiny house's, so there is a market for Tiny Houses especially within millennials.  

Baby boomers are downsizing and millennials are fine with short term living arrangements. 

Obviously there are financing benefits of the FHA or 203k loan, but as a millennial in a tough real estate market, this is my natural progression of thought.Thank you all in advance for your input and advice.

To stay competitive with millennials, convert to refrigerated air ($$$) or buy properties already converted.Lots more tips but I'm keeping those to myself haha :)Oh and one more thing, she said she was not taking any more properties, she was making a killing and was happy with the units she had but by the end of lunch, she said she will take mine...whoop!
