Great idea, I own a technology real estate startup as well.

As that "high technology business slowly slides into "low tech" side of the scale, corporations will look for ways to minimize costs because they will no longer be the "it" company and pulling the giant PE ratios. 

They are just a technology provider.

In that time, I have worked with clients in over a dozen different industries, and with many of the major technology companies in this area, including Intuit software.  

My only failure was due to the technology crash back at the turn of the century and was miniscule at $25K.

Honestly, I believe that within a few years this will be the norm due to technology.

Fortunately, the Northwest MLS is pretty up-to-date with their technology :)@Russell Brazil  we would have to withdraw for 90 days otherwise my MLS will fine me :(  I guess too many people were doing this trick, LOL.  

Information Technology is my strength and I will consider this venture as one project that lasts a lifetime.
