REI does as good as job if not better than any TK company in the mid west..

Upon inspection, the pest control company found holes in the walls under the kitchen and bathroom sinks.

Confirm with the solar company if the loan is transferable and review terms carefully—it’s a potential hurdle with lenders or resale.A DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loan might be an option since you’re focused on rental income.

Mold is being excluded by many companies.

However, I don’t have a US-based W2 (but work full time for an American tech company in their London office).
