My dog Charlie is a rescue that I got here.Now for the sad/bad news.A local city pound, Ulsan City, is planning to kill 400 dogs to get their numbers down to 100 by December 31st.

The company is a separate entity, just like another person, why would you hold Uncle Charlie's credit card after he passed away?
