I recently heard David Greene’s horror story about a short term rental license going bad in the north Miami Beach area (inspector looking for issues to pick at with the property and tagging the property for issues to avoid granting a rental license), and I was curious about people’s experiences in unincorporated Miami Dade. 

I’m looking to purchase in Virginia or possibly North Carolina. 

Brickell up to about 79th right now maybe a little further north into north miami. 

I currently live in a two-story home in North Dallas and recently saw a sign come up in my neighborhood for a one-story home that we originally wanted.

This makes these units ineligible for conventional purchase which really effects the resale for owners.I don't know what kind of numbers you are looking for, but I have a Duplex just north of downtown with a potential note assignment at 5% interest.
