Increase the rent more than usual,   just don't link it to the tenants behavior.   

I have not had any direct contact with him, but the info on his site is typically spot-on and I link to it every now and again. 

I can get you a link to who I use, I think they are in all 50 states.

We were only able to give a live link to the tenant as the property was on our account and giving a log in would mean they had access to our cameras too.
