Yes yes this is my own personal definition here, just go with it.If you are on BiggerPockets, and you have a business as an investor, and you want to become wealthy doing this...And I bet we all are...You don't do the work yourself.

My end goal is to be wealthy enough to have nice things and for my wife and I to not have to work a regular job anymore. 

Cash flow is important of course, but no one gets wealthy from cash flow alone.

Many very wealthy people use whole life but I've found that whole life isn't the way they got there.  

Make yourself wealthy and then go out and help others.

That's plenty of time to find something suitable or hit up his wealthy relative for assistance.

If someone is able to invest money at 30-40%, it won't take long at all for them to get wealthy. 

When i think of offering my services or helping anyone obtain an ROI or "grow wealth" i remember watching a BP episode on youtube with Amy Mahjoory, a few actually.

The fastest, and really the only way to accumulate wealth is by moving your equity in each property to the next one(S), with each move buying larger and larger property values, and additional sources of cash flow.
