It sounds similar to what Virtual Staging Solutions has created for the staging industry...They charge per Project to 'virtually stage' a property. 

Drexel Hill are virtually the same. 

You can invest in property as a real estate agent in virtually the same way everyone else does.

It is a duplex, built in 1900, with virtually NO updates since.

Virtually all are in communities of 4-10 thousand people.

We achieve virtually 100% occupancy from $91 (think early Nov mid week) to $471 (think July 4 weekend) per night per each unit (so Property rent ranges from ~$200 to over $900 per night). 

We're very conservative with our spending, as in we spend virtually nothing on ourselves.
