Real Estate Agent for Investing?

Hi all,

I was wondering if, as a real estate agent, should you do more real estate investing with the license or go the traditional real estate agent route. Looking for a friend.

Thanks,

Paul

@Paul Samuels can you rephrase the question its a little unclear. You can invest in property as a real estate agent in virtually the same way everyone else does. The difference is an agent has the duty to disclose they are an agent, and they can't mislead the seller on the true value of the property being purchased, among other things. Simply, as an agent, there is more disclosure involved.
