I would feel comfortable just about anywhere except for the extreme east fringes near Michigan Avenue, depending on the numbers, of course.Dearborn has some great properties in good neighborhoods.The only cities I would avoid down in that area is Ecorse, River Rouge.Welcome George come to the next meet up in Mexican Village

However, I also add in a clause that should I not be able to deliver the house through no fault of my own (i.e. theft, village not passing occupancy, etc), then they are entitled to a full refund of the monies.So technically it is a deposit that can be refunded.
