Hi all, I moved in this City just a year back and seems to be a vibrant city.

Living in Cleveland and seeing the rise of vibrant urban neighborhoods like Ohio City, Detroit Shoreway, and Tremont (lived there for 6 years), these neighborhoods typically have a significant influx in local businesses in existing infrastructure early on and my Panera and Starbucks are a long way down the road :).

Once we ran the numbers late in the rehab we decided to unload it as a fix-n-flip This is a 2 bed/ 2 bath condo in the heart of Phoenix in a vibrant upbeat neighborhood.

Because the city is coming back, it is making headlines so there is an assumption there are tons of profits to be made.Reality is that many suburbs of Detroit have been vibrant real estate markets where you can make money if you know what you are doing.

I have created a brand for my property called "Once Upon a Stream" which is a mountain cottage in Sapphire, NC.

Downtown Detroit is the the cleanest most vibrant city I have ever lived in.

The city appears to be strong and vibrant.
