After reviewing both the A-B and the B-C contracts, I wire the $125,000 to the title company handling the A-B closing with the stipulation that it does not fund or close until the B-C transaction fundsa and closes, then my funds close your A-B transaction.

It has to do with almost all of the lots being very steep and also needing septic which require surveyors and health dept reviews and surveyors being backed up for months.

If your in there partnership program they refer you to their client if they need to sell.its a one time yearly fee & any deal closed you pay $1500i couldn't find any reviews or much info on company outside of there website.courage to know if anyone has had any dealings with this company as I find it a little strange that they don't accept any credit card payments only zell or wire or ACH.
