What's unbelievable to me is that personal finance is not required in college, kids get through medical school and law school or engineering without having a finance course!

I look for houses that need renovation and find funding to help single moms, handicapped individuals, sober housing for all kinds of addicts.  

I think I am pretty addicted now.
