Hello all,
My name is Ian Casale and I am a longtime reader but first time poster here on bigger pockets! I have been studying real estate investing for a little over 4 years now. I began my journey by getting in touch with some local investors here in Baltimore and shadowing them every chance I got. Shortly after, I acquired my real estate license and developed my own investing business, King Properties. @Casale Ian congrats on doing your first post! I think I am pretty addicted now. I've only been on the site for about 8 months but just recently started writing posts and now I can't seem to stop lol. Anyhow, best of luck!
