That is much easier.I made a mistake in tenant screening process by placing too much trust on Zillow since I used it for tenant's applicatiion and screening process.

Turn-key would likely be the smoothest, but I am open to a fixer upper if the numbers work.As far as the unique funding, I am an equities investor with accounts held in trust and therefore my taxed income is quite low which limits my options unless I opt for a portfolio loan or separate entirely through a DSCR loan.

Granite or Quartz on all counter tops including bathrooms.. our up stairs is 9 foot.. and our single levels are 10 foot to 14 foot which NO other builder does in a subdivision type build only custom homes over 1 mil would have that.. flooring is engineered hard wood.. custom cabinets with soft close on all doors in the house..
