After having used the BP forums to guide us in transforming our investments (Multi-Family) into good cashflowing properties, my wife and I are at a stage where we would like to explore and eventually get into new construction of Multi-Family Apartment Buildings.

but I cleaned it supper well ;)Like I said the master bathroom was also a very big transformation we had to remove the tub and added a walk in closet plus double sinks, below are pics of before and after also shows my husband working on getting plumbing ready he had worked all day at his job and stayed up working on this till 4 am because the tile guys where coming that morning at 7 am, I always stay up with him to help out as much as I can and take pics.

With how easy it is to be the victim of an overzealous discrimination complaint, many landlords transformed their rental policies to be absolutely rigid.

I have also seen neighborhoods transform pretty rapidly.I do not know the south side very well, but I talk to a lot of investors and there are good neighborhoods.
