Once again it is easy to hand out this "advice" when you aren't involved.

The government needs to stop giving hand outs, and put people to work. this will incentivize the people to do more again. this will also bring in taxes to build things like roads and repair infrastructure. without giving people purpose, he is creating a economy of dependancy. its sad. lastly, who cares if there is new housing, if locals are not working. if they are not working, they can't buy or rent these places.

An easy way to learn this is to go to a big title insurance company an ask if they have an hand out booklet in real terms/glossary.

@Chris Mason these are both new tenants who claim they tried to pay in our office but no one was there, we can't prove or disprove this. our website, lease, and new tenant hand out say you have to pay online. they both claim they don't know how despite the step by step walkthrough hand out.
