The area is called the Pearl and that worked it totally regentrified the area but not affordable condo's U know start at 500k and go to many millions.

Like you mentioned, frequent crashes, problems uploading photos, weird restrictions on what words can't be used, listings removed for no obvious reason. ....and, to me, the navigation/operation is very unintuitive and cumbersome.

I'm in the camp (tax-wise) that there should be a Flat tax or better yet, National Sales tax with no deductions for anybody or anything......so obviously the concept of depreciation would go away also.

I definitely don't make any money off the place, but the airbnb rentals pay for maintenance and my gas driving to and from WA :-)Â Question: Have any of you missed some either obvious or not so obvious red flags that would have caused you to negotiate or walk away from the deal and if so what were they?

My dilemma is that one of my properties is worth about $400K and I owe ($40k on a HELOC & $50K on the mortgage) and I'm on tract to pay them both off in 16 months- paying ($2000 from the renter and me paying $4000 a month on the HELOC= $6000 per month total) I plan on doing this until both loans are paid.
