He has no real reason to lie where as tenants will usually lie to strengthen their position.

In this day of technology, it is unlikely that the best use of a broker's time is to go cold call clients.  

anyone who says this will not have an immediate effect on the real estate market is either lying...or naive.  

I just don't want to be on the hook for that amount of money depending on a company that has already lied to me.
